In this post, we’re going to take a look at the best texture packs for Minecraft 1.17.1! The update has been around for a while now, and with that we got more and more great texture packs. Because there was already a video about the best resource packs for the 1.17 update, I decided to throw in only texture packs that I hadn’t featured on the channel before.
Best Texture Packs
First up is Lithos 32x, which simply put is just a great pack. It’s been around for a while, so many improvements were made to the pack over the years. The second pack is a neat one, it doesn’t add anything to Minecraft that is immediately visible. On the contrary, it adds animations to Minecraft. Ever thought animations in Minecraft were a bit quirky and stiff? With Fresh Animations you can change that forever!
Lastly, the remainder of the packs consist of some beautifully themed texture packs that will bring a unique theme or vibe to Minecraft. Anemoia and PastelCraft do so by completely changing up the color scheme in Minecraft, whereas Thalyrus and Yuushya aim to add a more rustic and calm color palette to the game. Yuushya 16x also features some custom blocks and flower pot model, which can be enabled by installing Optifine. If you don’t know how to install Optifine, check out this post to learn how to do it in under ten minutes! Once you’ve got Optifine installed, you can rename Slime Blocks in an anvil to custom items like bicycles, boxes and other furniture to your worlds.
